What To Expect
This retreat is a fully immersive lifestyle retreat which has been specially curated to widen your experience and perspective of your physical and mental being. Discovery of the self and learning to care for mind and body is the first step to building a trusting and loving relationship with yourself.
Your mornings will begin with
a specific style of meditation to develop the concentration of the mind. This will be done through the observation of natural, normal respiration.
We want to Enable your Mind.
And
yoga, to energise and strengthen the body from the inside out through physical poses (asanas) and cultivation of the breath (pranayama).
Asanas not only strengthen muscles and joints but also the various systems of the body.
The breath is the vital life force, otherwise known as the Prana, which links body to mind.
Followed by
fuelling ourselves with clean energy is a huge aspect to supporting the healing process.
Your meals will be specially designed with this in mind. We believe in the farm to table concept and supporting local communities therefore meals are non vegan but mainly vegetarian.
Wonderful Workshops
Nutrition Workshop: To educate you on how food affects your physical and mental well being. You will learn how to prepare and cook nourishing meals.
Chiropractic Workshop: To enhance our innate ability to heal ourselves. Through chiropractic and other hands on therapies we can help remove any obstruction, at a systems and cellular level that may prevent the body from healing. You will learn how you can help realign and maintain the mobility of your spine, ease pain and muscle tightness and feel great.

Wakesurfing
Wakesurfing is all about feeling the water, going with the flow and finding balance. It is the alternative to the ultimate water sport, surfing.
Wakesurfing is gentler and not so demanding physically or mentally. It will help you practice being in the moment and further improve the mind body connection.
