What To Expect
This retreat is a fully immersive lifestyle retreat which has been specially curated to widen your experience and perspective of your physical and mental being. Discovery of the self and learning to care for mind and body is the first step to building a trusting and loving relationship with yourself.
Your mornings will begin with
a specific style of meditation to develop the concentration of the mind. This will be done through the observation of natural, normal respiration.
Nutrition Workshop: To educate you on how food affects your physical and mental well being. You will learn how to prepare and cook nourishing meals.
Chiropractic Workshop: To enhance our innate ability to heal ourselves. Through chiropractic and other hands on therapies we can help remove any obstruction, at a systems and cellular level that may prevent the body from healing. You will learn how you can help realign and maintain the mobility of your spine, ease pain and muscle tightness and feel great.
