Purpose: To give participants the opportunity to have their individual questions answered and get next-step solutions to their training, sports, health, pain, or performance concerns.
How: This Mastermind is structured and guided, enabling all participants to learn vicariously through others, while receive specific support from each other at the same time.

Who should join this Mastermind?
Do any of these questions apply to you:
Are you a motivated athlete who wants some support to reach the next level?
- Are you an aspiring athlete with a sporting dream that you’re excited about, but you want guidance along the way?
- Have you suffered an injury and need to find unbiased advice and strategies to get back to peak performance?
- Has your training expanded to a stage where you feel burnt out or lack motivation?
- Or maybe you’ve been nursing injuries for a long time and are tired of training and living in pain, looking for advice on how to break out of that rut and begin enjoying sport again?

Who Should NOT Join:
If you fall into any one of these categories, then this is probably not your type of event:
- You prefer to keep ideas to yourself and don’t think that other people or peers would share advice with you.
- You enjoy just doing what you’re doing and not concerned with improving and enhancing.
- You love working on your own problems and going through endless cycles of trial and error to find solutions.
- You are well connected with easy access to all the experts and specialists that currently support you to make your dreams a success.
Your Host: Dr Gary
Dr Gary Tho is a Sports Chiropractor, Author, Speaker and Ex-Australian National Badminton Team, who also competed at regional level for soccer, swimming and water polo. He completed his first (and last marathon) in 3:30hrs. Current interests including inline skating, hiking, soccer and wake boarding.
